A photograph is not just a photograph
Photographs are a special type of treasure kept in a box full of stories that are shared generations through generations.
I love photographing families, it's a reminder of how fortunate and blessed I am to have a wonderful little family. There are times where I find myself trying to remember my childhood (5 years and younger) but I can't seem to remember. I have a few photographs of my childhood, from when I was about 2 or 3 years old, I look at them, and I don’t seem to recall that day, but the place/room of where it was taken, the items in the rooms, the people in the photographs helps bring back cute stories that occurred either before or after, so even though it's hard to remember the event of when the photograph was taken, it at least brings back other memories and I'm happy with that.
Family photos are special and important, so if you're a parent or sibling or a friend, always caption your photos especially of your little ones, because as they age they won't have that recollection of when the photo was captured, and having captions will help them and yourself remember.
Remember that a photograph is not just a photograph, it's box full of memories, it's a treasure of wonderful and beautiful stories that are kept and shared among generations and generations.
Please know that It's a heartwarming feeling being able to capture memories whether is a family photo, or a senior, couples and a documenting a wedding, It's an honor to be part of that box full of beautiful treasure.
